Merging of servers and telephone systems

The worlds of telephones and computers, historically separate and distinct, are rapidly converging. The accompanying advantages for organizations are significant. David offers the option of combining these advantages on the server side, integrating and optimizing day-to-day telephone communications.

The "Extended Telephony Module for DvISE" extends David by adding interesting telephony functions. In doing so, the telephone system is merged with the DvISE server, so that the server is able to perform central tasks of the telephone system. With the Extended Telephony Module for DvISE for example, from an address record, you can make telephone call just by clicking with the mouse. Besides the straightforward dialing functions, you can also replicate complex call center structures and, for example, organize queues or even interactive dialogue systems.
